With it's manufacturing facilities based in Western Australia, Wesbeam remains proudly Australian owned and operated, designing and manufacturing high-performance LVL and I-joists that are trusted across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. With a focus on sustainable timber solutions and dependable national delivery, Wesbeam supports builders with smarter structural systems.
How They Operate
Purpose-built facility: Wesbeam’s Neerabup plant spans more than 25,000 m² and runs 24/7. It produces over 80,000 m³ of LVL annually.
Sustainable sourcing
Raw timber—including Pinus pinaster, Pinus radiata, and Karri (Eucalyptus diversicolor)—is locally sourced from sustainably managed forests within approximately 450 km of the plant and governed by a long-term State Government agreement
Certified quality
Wesbeam holds full Responsible Wood Chain of Custody Certification, and its key product e-beam LVL meets AS/NZS 4357 standards, with third-party auditing by Engineers Wood Products Association of Australasia (EWPAA) and JAS‑ANZ accreditation
Wesbeam Products
Wesbeam blends sustainable sourcing, cutting-edge manufacturing, and certified engineering to deliver high‑performance LVL and I‑joist products throughout Australia—supporting modern timber construction with locally made, traceable, energy‑efficient engineered wood.
Wesbeam LVL e-joist
Wesbeam’s blue e-joist is a lightweight, straight and strong engineered floor and roof joist made from LVL and OSB, delivering near-solid-timber strength with less material for easier handling and longer spans.
Wesbeam LVL e-beam
Wesbeam’s blue e-beam is a high strength-to-weight engineered laminated veneer lumber beam made in Australia for structural floor, roof and wall support with long spans and consistent performance.
Wesbeam LVL e-splay
Wesbeam’s blue e-splay is a factory-made splayed LVL beam engineered to replace splayed steel universal beams in stick roof construction with lighter handling and high strength.
Wesbeam LVL e-strut
Wesbeam’s blue e-strut is an engineered LVL roof strut designed to support rafters in stick roofs with tile or metal sheet cladding, offering consistent performance, high compressive strength and lighter handling than traditional timber.
Wesbeam LVL e-strut
Wesbeam’s blue e-strut is an engineered LVL roof strut designed to support rafters in stick roofs with tile or metal sheet cladding, offering consistent performance, high compressive strength and lighter handling than traditional timber.
Wesbeam LVL e-purlin
Wesbeam’s blue e-purlin is a strong engineered LVL roof underpurlin designed to support stick roofs clad with tile or metal sheeting, offering long spans and lighter handling for efficient construction.
