Our delivery fees are as follows:
$150.00 + gst for orders that require a hiab unload (typically larger orders).
$80.00 + gst for orders that can be hand unloaded (such as skirting, mouldings, doors, hardware, or small timber orders).

Deliveries are available for the perth metro area, covering regions from secret harbour to butler. for deliveries outside of this area, delivery fees are available upon request. to arrange a delivery, please contact us at (08) 9434 5775 or email sales@franzbuildingsupplies.com.au, and we will coordinate a suitable delivery time.

Returns Policy
Franz Building Supplies take pride in supplying quality products and providing efficient, reliable service. Under Australian Consumer Law, we will always accept returns and provide a remedy (refund, repair, or replacement) when goods are:

• Faulty or defective
• Not as described
• Not fit for purpose

Change of Mind / Overordered Items
If a return for change of mind or overordering is requested, acceptance is entirely at our discretion and subject to the following conditions:

• Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery or collection
• Returns are only accepted if approved before goods are returned to us
• Items must be in as-new, re-saleable condition (as assessed by us on inspection)

Restocking and handling fees apply to all approved returns:
For stocked items:

• 15% restocking fee (capped at $250 + GST)
• Collection fees apply if pickup from site is needed:
• $80 + GST for hand load pickups
• $150 + GST for Hiab truck pickups

For non-stocked / special-order items:

• Returns only accepted if our supplier allows us to return the goods (this must be confirmed before the goods come back to us)
• Minimum 15% restocking fee, with no maximum (actual fee will depend on what our supplier charges us)
• Collection fees as per stocked items (above)

Important Notes:

• All credits are processed only after goods have been inspected and accepted as re-saleable
• Any return outside of these terms must be approved by senior management prior to confirmation

If we have made an error with your order, restocking and pickup fees do not apply.

You can collect your order from our premises at franz building supplies, located at c2/174 barrington street, bibra lake wa 6163. our collection hours are monday to thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm and friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. we are closed on saturdays and sundays.
